Henrico County, VA's New 'GreenCity'

​A 17,000-seat arena is set to be the center of Henrico County Virginia’s ‘Greencity.’ The arena is said to be the “greenest venue in North America.” Greencity will sit on a 93-acre site and is designed to mitigate climate change in addition to attracting tourism. Greencity aims to promote community involvement through sustainability and economic development by achieving a net-zero green energy goal. As the world continues to embrace sustainability, green initiatives are changing our daily lives and business models.
