Based on an average of the 400 rolls we were using a month x 450 meters per roll (1476 ft) = 590,400 ft, equals 111.81 miles of pallet stretch wrap per month being taken out of the system. “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle”

Tired Hands
Oh it's great. We operate a canning line, and produce 1,600-2,000 cases of beer per week. Our canning line is on the opposite side of our facility from our walk-in cold box. Basically we use just one of your pallet wrapz to wrap the pallets for their trip between the canning line and the cold box. We used to individually shrink wrap every pallet, then cut into sometimes minutes after getting the beer into the cold box. Super wasteful. Now we just wrap it with your product, and once it's safely in the cold box, unwrap it, and repeat with the next pallet.

"Thanks for reaching out. The Pallet Wrapz are amazing. They are perfect for our packaging and distribution needs. I am actually probably going to buy a few more as our production has increased over the past few months. I am not sure if you market your product to the brewing industry specifically but they are great for wrapping and transporting finished product. I imagine this could be a huge market to tap into if you haven’t already. They have eliminated almost all of our stretch wrap waste and we don’t have to worry about running out of wrap anymore." "We've been using the Pallet Wrapz for over two years here at the brewery, and they work great. Highly durable and have not had to replace any thus far. Main application is for securing pallets of full cans for transport to our local distributor under a closed-loop/return system. Also helps keep cardboard trays dry from condensation during warmer months due to the breathable mesh. The Wrapz displaces 1.3 lbs of stretch film every use, which is great for the environment and our bottom line. Would highly recommend."

Testa Produce celebrated the grand opening of its new distribution center in Back of the Yards last month. This is the first industrial building to achieve LEED Platinum status, and it features a 45,000-square-foot barreled vegetated roof. The building is powered by a 238-foot, freestanding wind turbine, and solar panels heat all of the building's water. For more on the distribution center, follow the links below. Testa chose Pallet Wrapz to offer its green eco friendly methods even while distributing their products out to their vast customer bases. Produce distribution packaging supplies are instrumental in achieving a zero carbon foot print we all desire.
Budweiser has been distributing their cardboard cartons on 32x38 plastic skid pallets and they used stretch film to secure the beer.
Over the years, Budweiser has been distributing their cardboard cartons on 32x38 plastic skid pallets and they used stretch film to secure the beer. Today Budweiser realizes a cost saving by implementing a reusable pallet wrapz product dedicated to their dimensional needs. Until the early 1950s Budweiser was primarily distributed in three packages: kegs, 12-ounce bottles and quart bottles. Cans were first introduced in 1936, but did not initially become popular.[5] In 1955 August Busch Jr.[6] made a strategic move to expand Budweiser's national brand and distributor presence. Along with this expansion came advances in bottling automation, new bottling materials and more efficient distribution methods. These advances brought to market many new containers and package designs.
